If you want to remove your account on Ticketmaster.com, a website that’s specialized in the sale and distribution of tickets, you’ll see in this manual that you can easily do that by contacting the customer support team.
I’ll show you below some pictures on how I managed to delete my profile using a desktop computer.
1 Open the Ticket master contact form by going to: http://help.ticketmaster.com/contact-us/
2 Fill in the contact form:
- Phone number
- Topic: My account > Remove me from Ticketmaster emails
- Date range of event (e.g. have not purchased tickets)
- Your question: Dear customer care team, can you please delete my account? I’m not planning to buy tickets anymore for an event so you may close it. Kind regards, (your name)
3 Confirm that you want to send the message
4 hours later I received an email from someone of the Ticketmaster Support team. In the email they confirmed that they’ve removed my profile from their systems, but that it might take up to 24 hours for these changes to have an effect. That’s all we needed to hear 😉
