Your e-mail could be looking like this:
Subject: Request to delete my account & personal data
24 hours later, I received an answer from the customer support. They confirmed me that my account had been deactivated and I wouldn’t receive the newsletter anymore, but that it could take up to 5 days for these changes to have effect.
